Very lovely bakery! Italian rooted goods and with a beautiful location. The wait in line is not ideal as the shop is small but it keeps the atmosphere cozy. I highly recommend to stop by if you are coworking in spaces or your office is nearby. Great for brunch as well with their focaccia and big sandwiches.

The best bakery at South Beach! Very estrategic and nice location and the whole food was so tasty, staff were amazing and I will definitely go back soon 🌸💕

I was a bit skeptical to try Rosetta due to it being a chain, but I'm happy to say that it was so tasty we came here 2 days in a row!! Wonderful pastries and coffee. 10/10 do recommend.

I sent two messages after the incident. Two weeks later, I didn’t hear back so posting the message sent here for visibility. See attached photo of the replacement that was receive (excuse the accessories as it was a bachelorette / 40th birthday celebration). ————————————————— Dear Team at Rosetta Bakery, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent order (#xxxxxxxxxx) that was not fulfilled as promised. We placed an order for a cake in advance for a very special occasion, a milestone celebration for a 40th birthday. Our order stated it would be ready by March 21 at 4 pm. Upon arrival, we were informed that the cake was not available. Instead of providing a reasonable solution, your staff had our group, including an 8-month pregnant friend, wait for a replacement. Unfortunately, what was eventually provided was not what we ordered and, quite frankly, was not even a cake. This experience fell far below expectations, especially given the significance of the celebration and the planning that went into it. The situation caused unnecessary stress and took away from what should have been a memorable and joyful moment. Given that the original order was not delivered and the substitute was unacceptable, we are requesting a full refund for this purchase. Friday June 5th around 3:30pm I received the worst service I ever had. I ordered a pizza slice but unfortunately it was very cold and I came back to ask to please heat it up in the best way. She first rolled her eyes when I asked, then started laughing with her coworkers (2 other guys) and then careless tossed the pizza slices very roughly. I never had this experience before and being pregnant I deserve it even less. The food from Rosetta is amazing but unfortunately they have chosen the worst workers.
