Rosetta Bakery was founded by four close friends from Milan — Massimiliano Bagno, Alessandro Barbera, Tommaso Bulfon, and Ambrogio Calcaterra — who shared a simple vision: to bring the warmth, craft, and everyday rituals of an Italian neighborhood bakery to the U.S. Inspired by the cafés and bakeries they grew up with, they created Rosetta as a place where fresh bread, pastries, sandwiches, and espresso are made with care and enjoyed without rush. From its first location in Miami, Rosetta Bakery has grown into a family of bakeries that continues to offer guests a small piece of Italy with every visit.
