Rosetta Bakery

This was our first visit to Rosetta Bakery, and honestly, it won me over before I even finished my coffee. I ordered a flat white, but it turned out they didn't have it on the menu and weren't familiar with exactly what it was. Instead of simply telling me "no," Glenda spent several minutes trying to understand what I meant. Another customer even joined the conversation to help explain it. Then Glenda asked Alex to come over, and he patiently listened to my explanation before walking over to the espresso machine with me to make sure he understood what I was looking for. The first attempt wasn't quite right, and Alex immediately apologized and insisted on making it again. I honestly can't remember the last time I saw this much genuine effort in a busy bakery. In the end, what they made probably wasn't a traditional flat white—but that didn't matter anymore. What mattered was how much they cared about making me happy. They could have easily said, "Sorry, we don't make that," especially considering how busy the bakery was and how many customers they serve every day. Instead, they treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine care. Thank you so much, Glenda and Alex. You made our visit truly memorable, and your customer service was exceptional. And one more thing... Rosetta Bakery, please hear my plea—open a location in Los Angeles! I would be your customer every single week. ❤️

I love Rosetta, it’s my favorite place around the neighborhood. Pastries and sandwiches are sooo good and fulfilling. Chai late is my fav drink. Right now, during the summer the only problem is that the AC is not working properly, and it’s toooo hot outside, I expect to come here and enjoy my sandwich and my chai on the AC and read my book, but with the high heat it’s just impossible.

I really liked this Rosetta Bakery location. I usually go to the one near Bryant Park, but rarely visit this one. The hot matcha was great, the pizza was delicious, and the desserts were amazing too. Especially loved the lemon tart and the cannoli. Cozy atmosphere and always a nice experience.

Staff was great but personally I feel it overpriced. I got the Margherita flatbread and spicy Prosciutto. Flavor was there but wish the dough would've been more crispy. Got a connoli which was enjoyable and a mini Nutella cup looking thing which was $4 and was not worth it. Cappucino was designed with a 🐻 and tasted amazing. Lots of pastries on display that looked incredible. Maybe I'll come back and try those

Come here to be on your laptop. Don’t show up hungry or thirsty. A can of coke is $4.50. I bought a slice of speck pizza because i needed to eat something real, and I should have went with the spicy salami. The matcha was just okay. Otherwise, the bathrooms were clean and the service was good.
