I went out walking to discover what this little spot has to offer and wow, I liked everything. I ordered a caprese sandwich in a baguette, a pistachio croissant and a latte. The sandwich was nice but the real star was the break. It was crunchy and hearty and tasty at the same time. Possibly a good mix of sourdough. The croissant was more akin to a cake type of fullness than a French crispy air as is normal for croissants in Canada. The filled pistachio cream was really flavorful and reminded me of a pistachio ganache almost. The latte was robust and it complemented well the sweet elements.

I visited Rosetta Bakery recently and I have mixed feelings. They definitely specialize in pastries, that’s clearly their strength. The pastry I had was amazing. They also sell pizza, but it was pretty average. Nothing memorable, and honestly, I think Domino’s Pizza does a better job when it comes to taste and value. The biggest issue for me was the pricing. I was charged $10.50 for the pastry and $10.20 for the pizza. Spending around $22 for a pastry and a very average cheese pizza just didn’t feel worth it. I’ve honestly never seen a pastry priced that high unless it’s something extremely elaborate, so the total felt excessive for what I got. The environment is nice, you can sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere, which makes for a pleasant experience. I would recommend it if you’re going for the experience. But I wouldn’t recommend going there just for a regular breakfast, because for the price, it feels overpriced. Also in my receipt it said I got a spicy salami, but it was regular cheese. I don’t know why it said daily special for the pastry either.

Crazy good, as in everything was fresh and tasted amazing. The place is impeccably clean. We ordered the spinach, ham and cheese foccacia & an almond croissant. They were outstanding. Unfortunately, we didn't try the coffee, but reason enough to return

Rosetta Bakery is one of those places that you have to try at least once. It can be pricy, but it certainly hits the spot. Great sandwiches, focaccias, beverages, and desserts. We had the Original with Olive Oil Bread, prosciutto, tomatoes, and mozzarella. It’s deliciously refreshing. We also had the matcha latte and our daughter had their turkey, Swiss, and lettuce sandwich. Overall, food was good and is consistent. Drinks are on the smaller side, and service is ok. Check it out if you’re in the area!

It was a wonderful time to be your guest. Delicious Italian-style breakfasts with freshly baked bread. Delicious coffee and freshly squeezed juices. I'll definitely be back ❤️
